- Can I cancel the subscription?
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel the order, simply call our support at 9513309917 or email to team@studentedge.in. If you cancel the subscription within 30 days, you will get a 100% refund. After 30 days, the balance amount from the subscription will be refunded to your account within 10 business days after deducting charges for the delivered issues.
- How long will the refund take?
- In case we've not shipped the order, we will process the refund on the same business day, and the refund should get credited in your account within 7 business days. On the cancellation of the subscription, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 10 business days.
- How can I get a replacement if the paper is damaged during transit?
- We send the paper through the courier/speed post safely. If it still gets damaged, you will be sent a fresh copy of the same issue.
